My initial inquiry to Wendy Johnson regarding opening up an account to establish service went extremely smooth, and she took the time to explain everything in detail. Then our service technician John Lee came by to check the propane tank and gas fireplace to ensure everything was safely operational. John took the time to explain how to operate the fireplace properly, including safety instructions and was able to order the exact model of missing logs for us as well. The service was outstanding and we are extremely satisfied.
Recieved Great service for Tank installation, the inspect of wall heating unit, and lit the heater to insure everything was ok. Big thanks to Orlando & Johnathan. Techs were polite and courteous. Good Job Thanks!
