Called about making sure I had enough to get through the storm and they told me I was at 56% of 100 gallons. Since I've only every used 85 gallons in an entire year, I was shocked. I asked the lady on the phone if it was possible when they installed the new monitor they created a leak and she said I now have to pay $150 for them to come verify there is no leak since it's a recorded line. I'm seriously considering switching companies depending on how this turns out. It's ridiculous that asking a question costs me money. WHAT ... read more

Called to get topped of on propane i was at 50% and I have a whole house generator. With the ice storm coming i wanted to make sure I had enough gas. I use respiratory equipment. The lady that anwsered was rude and told me I cant get a delivery. I Voiced my concern and she said they wont deliver. I told her driving conditions would be bad she didn't care. So now I have to hope I won't run out of gas. Im on an budget and they have a thousand of my dollars and I cant get gas. Horrible women I spoke to today.
I decided to go with another company with Gas. It was cheaper and I had 17% left in my tank when sharp Energy came to pick it up. I called today about a refund and they informed me they don’t do refunds so they’re ripping off the customers I was not informed that they did not do refunds when I signed up over 12 years ago with them, which was Diversified at that time. Very dissatisfied.
Orlando and Jonathan were great. Set my tank and ran my lines. Great guys
