Chris R went above and beyond expectations getting our fireplace set up to receive propane. He didn't stop until it was done correctly. It took time but it's better to know it's not going to leak on us when the cold season comes back around.
Jeffery came out to my home. He knocked on my door to let me know he was doing a curtesy test of my underground tank. He explained why they do it. I really appreciate Sharp doing testing to ensure their customers are safe. Thanks, Sharp!
I reached out to see if our fire depot could set up an account for our district. Chris R i believe he said he was the district manager came to our head quarters and went over the different programs sharp offered and also answered questions from some of the members. We could not believe he spent nearly 30 min going over options. Another local propane company I wish not to name lol gave us a quote on paper and said call me if your interested. Chris R was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue with my gas line and resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
Other companies would not fill my tank because it had another companies sticker on it . Chris verified with that company that I in fact owned the tank and he set me up and filled our tank the next day. Chris went above and beyond. I highly recommend using this company for your gas needs.
