In all honesty one of the worst propane companies to work with. They say one thing then do a completely different thing. For example I’ve had the propane tank for years before it was sharp energy. When I asked what’s the process to pick up the tank if or when I get order because I’m military they said call and we will wave the pick-up fee. Here we are today with orders and requested the tank to be picked up because we are PCSing and the lady I talked to said we don’t wave the pick-up fee. That’s just one example.
Great Customer service from the ladies that answer the phone to Jeffrey delivering. Jeffrey went above and beyond and didn't make us feel like just another box to check off.
The best. Walked into the Sanford location twice. Each time the staff was warm and professional. Today my tank was delivered and installed the team of Jeffrey and Tim was phenomenal. Jeffrey went the extra mile and explained the product in detail, putting my concerns to rest.
Jeffrey provided excellent service today and I appreciate everything he did for me. I highly recommend Sharpe Energy. Jeffrey was very professional and provided great customer service.
