UPDATE: I believe in giving credit where credit is due. After my original post, someone from the company reached out to me directly, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate the follow-through and willingness to help my family and me during our PCS move. In all honesty one of the worst propane companies to work with. They say one thing then do a completely different thing. For example I’ve had the propane tank for years before it was sharp energy. When I asked what’s the process to pick up the tank if or when I get order because I’m military they said call and we will wave the pick-up fee. Here we are today with orders and requested the tank to be picked up because we are PCSing and the lady I talked to said we don’t wave the pick-up fee. That’s just one example.
