We had a different propane company and Sharp bought them out. We returned a tank that was almost full with the promise we would get credit for the unused propane. 9 months have passed and nothing. When I called the lady said some were waiting longer than that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I'm the vice president of Advanced Window Tinting and Advanced Signs. I just tinted y'all's Sanford, NC location, and I must say y'all have a top-notch facility. I would recommend y'all to anyone.
Website clearly says “allow *up to* 5 days for refill”. I Put in a request for propane early Monday morning when my tank was right at 25%. I check my tank regularly during the winter because our heating unit is our only propane use. I followed up with a phone call on Thursday (tank at 12%) of last week to make sure they were still coming out. I was told I was on the schedule for the following Monday, to call at 30% in the future, and their turnover was 5-7 days. I asked if they could get me on the schedule sooner because my ... read more
