Nick is both professional and industrious! He was the last step in getting us up and running after the line between the propane tank and our appliances had to be replaced. It was no easy task: a Rinnai, two furnaces, stovetop, and outdoor grill all had to be fired up! Nick cheerfully solutioned one after the other late on a Friday afternoon. Did I say, "late on a Friday afternoon!" If you have a customer relationship program, Nick should be the permanent guest speaker! Give him a raise!
We recently needed to replace some aged gas lines at our home and contacted Sharp Energy, our propane provider, to inquire if they could accomplish this task. It was a pleasure talking with their service manager, Frankie, in getting our work set-up. He was very experienced, positive and accommodating with our needs.
