We purchased a Sharp microwave that stopped working after two years. Contacted Sharp and received immediate response, asking for photos and further info. Ultimately, for just $20 shipping, they replaced our microwave with a rebuilt unit. Now two years later, the replacement microwave is sparking. Is it us or Sharp's products?
