Called to seek some recourse for over-familiar and aggressive door-to-door salespeople who seem unable to accept a polite "no," or understand that not calling after being given ample information is an indication of disinterest rather than enthusiasm. Was unable to reach anyone who could help, and was pawned off to an "HR" voicemail box. Unprofessional service with constant changes of who now is handling my account no return calls or email. It has been a nightmare dealing with the men at this company and the long list of excuses.
We've been a customer with Sharp for about 15 years, and they've been an absolute pleasure to work with. Service is great, as well as their prices. Everyone I've ever worked with at Sharp has been very skilled, professional, and a joy to work with, and my account manager and team are the best! They do a lot more than just printers nowadays, and they really take a lot off my plate! I highly recommend them!!
