Shelly with Sharp Edge Tax Solutions LLC is a wonderful tax preparer. We’ve used her for many years and although she does get extremely busy and it may take time to get a response she’s always on it. We have a more complicated tax return and she does an amazing job. Tax time is a busy time of year and she devotes 100% of her time to get you the most from your return.
I strongly recommend moving on from this business. If you can even call it that. Shelly is the most unprofessional experience, accountant and otherwise, that I have encountered. I have worked with her in the past without major issues. This year, however, was different and she has left me in a pinch, claiming that my taxes were filed, sharing personal banking and information with her, only to have her disappear.
