I have a new water softener system installed and they did a fantastic job. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me an appointment for Monday afternoon. They were very kind and considerate and able to answer all my questions (even ones not regarding the softener).

Not a simple install, not an optimal hour of the day. But Costel with Sharp came out at 10pm to replace our sump pump (sealed system for radon). He did a great job, was courteous, and was on his way after about an hour. I'm down with a broken shoulder and Sharp saved my basement from flooding. Wife is happy = so are the rest of us! Thanks Costell, thanks Sharp.

On Saturday April 4 I woke up and found about 6 inches of water in my basement. After waiting for a day to see if the water might drain I began to call plumbing companys at 8:00 on Easter Sunday and only Sharp Drain Solutions answered. Their technician arrived within an hour a succeed to get the basement drained. These guys know how to attack a plumbing problem. Whether an emergency or a routine plumbing problem, check out Sharp Drain Solutions.

They came out to look at basement flooding due to heavy rain. They were able to get us an appointment, and quickly diagnose the problem and get it resolved quickly. Very courteous and explained how the issue occurred and ways to prevent it in the future. Would 100% use again for any plumbing needs.
