I've always been treated in a professional manner and while the service wasn't quick it was free. And you can't beat that.
The ladies here are very helpful even when there are unusually long wait times.
Lady at the front desk took a personal call after asking me to wait, which took her 10 minutes while my family sat in the car with no air conditioning. Then got back and I had to wait 15 additional minutes.
