The Sub-Acute care doesn't have enough CNAs to care for all the patients in a timely manner. They have let my daughter go raw between the legs due to not cleaning often enough or greasing her well enough. There's a lot of staff, but not all are CNAs or LVNs. The morning team is great with Evie, but it depends on who's working.Many are rude to us, as well. I am a CNA for my daughter when I am there. When we-ve gotten there every morning, we have found that the graveyard shift does a horrible job.
