The management here is awful. The workers that came on site were good, but the front office and general manager will ignore you for months. I was told 4 separate times someone would show up to finish my project and four no show no calls. I had to chase them for them finally finish the project. (which was not correct with what I discussed with the project manager) I've been emailing and calling for weeks now for them to come fix the issues with their work and they continue to ignore me. They are a scam. They took a month to start the work. Cut my security camera wire while trimming a trench drain. and used my credit card without my permission although their carefully worded contract says they can take out anything they want. I'll be asking the State Attorney General about that.
Leaning Tower Pergola; failed stucco patching 101. Quoted 3 week project that is now in month 6 - still not finished. Charged $6.5K more than agreed upon firm fixed price contract. Beligerant, unscrupulous owner; stopped work whenever you questioned anything… 👎
Once they got my deposit I didn't hear back from them about scheduling my work. An email and two phone calls went unanswered so I paid a visit to the showroom was told I would be contacted and wasn't. Work was to be completed within 4 to 6 weeks and wasn't done within that window. The work they did was not acceptable. Last year they repaired our pool deck and it lasted for about 2 months. They kept sending the same, inexperienced crew back 4 times. The last time one of them let himself into our backyard, fixed a one part of what he came for and left with a text message once he was gone. Currently, pool deck has multiple spots with discoloration, I am assuming from chlorine, and at least one tear. To follow up on my previous post, I want to reach out and thank Sharp Construction for contacting me to address all my concerns. They were willing to work through our miscommunication towards a favorable resolution. Sharp has shown that they are tuned in to their customers and focused on customer satisfaction. Great Job!
They advertise, "Outstanding Service". It never came to be. I was roped into signing with a delay of 8-10 weeks for a discount. They gladly accepted my $1,200+ deposit. That was in February. It's now December, but have never heard back from them. I called to let them know that I wanted to downsize my concrete order. After I made 13 phone calls and an email to them with the promise that I'd get a call back - it never happened. They took my money and ran. I'm very disappointed in Sharp and would not recommend them
