I had to downgrade my rating again... My wife and I are disabled seniors, and sometimes we have been in agonizing pain and sometimes we have been alone and in tears... and waited here for hours without so much as a kind word before giving up and returning home where we are probably safer. I hope that the next generation has better luck. Take care of yourselves.
ER doctor said my hand wasn't broken, got a message from my PCP the next day and told me my hand was broken and to seek a hand specialist. ER doctor told me i had cellulitis on my foot. Foot specialist confirmed with MRI instead had a tendon injury. I don't have much faith in these doctors or care team down here. Idk what is going on with Chula Vista because Memorial and Grossmont doesn't make these mistakes. Please improve on quality of care standards down here. We deserve better.

You said exactly “this isn’t a Burger King, you don’t get what you want and I’m putting this on your charts” you need some green tea and to not drink energy drinks when you go in.
