There was no clear idea of what we were going to be charged for a cleaning. We have short term rentals, and we need someone to be there on time to clean before the next guests come. The cleaners from Sharp and Clean would show up well over an hour late, so we would have to just go clean ourselves. We paid them $300 to clean our apartment for inspections at Bengal Creek and they never showed up talking to some other residents at Bengal Creek this seems like a common occurrence . Sad That a local company Is taking advantage of broke college students. Update the owner Doug reached out to me and told me we all would get a refund and that they would also clean the apartment for us. This was on August first.
