There was no clear idea of what we were going to be charged for a cleaning. We have short term rentals, and we need someone to be there on time to clean before the next guests come. The cleaners from Sharp and Clean would show up well over an hour late, so we would have to just go clean ourselves. This caused a lot of undue stress for us, because we didn't feel like we could depend on them to show up.
