Had an appointment made 2 weeks prior to having my recall fixed that took a year and a half to even become available while I was riding around with brakes that could give out at any moment all to take it to the dealership and them call at 230 and say they don’t have the parts. This is an appointment Rodney the manager made himself. Our Jeep transmission failed while enroute to Florida from Michigan. Jeff and Rodney in the service department bent over backwards to get our vehicle repaired very short time. I was very impressed and appreciative for their service. Thank you very much! Dennis Jarrell

This is the worst dealership in the business. Sharp Motor Co. is a fraud. They take advantage of their small community for their own financial gain. Sharp refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and the leadership is incompetent. The leadership blames the employees for the problems they have created themselves.
