Sharp took over my account from Arista. Arista had great service and prices. Sharp is more expensive and the customer service sucks, they do not put any contact information on their invoices and shipping, they sent me an invoice with a customer # and no its no good and they cant find me in the system. While I was on hold trying to place like my fifth order because they could not find my account, I ordered on line from HP direct and for cheaper. just so laborious to deal with these imbeciles, glad I took my business away.
