About 3 years ago Sharp started helping us replace our Xerox copiers. Not an easy process, nor a short one (entirely due to Xerox). We're very happy with the change and the ongoing support and visits from Sharp to make sure everything is going well.
I had an excellent experience working with Sharp, especially with Ryan Michael. He provided outstanding service and made the entire process so easy as they helped us print materials for our conference. Ryan was incredibly friendly, responsive, and quick to get the job done. I truly appreciate their efficiency and professionalism, and I look forward to working with them again in the future!
