Service call and response time are absolutely amazing! Nicholas Englert, the field tech that predominantly services our machines is wonderful! Always call ahead and comes in with a smile, I explain the issue we have and he gets it resolved quickly, then explains what he found that was the issue or another issue if applicable. I don't like when the machines go down but I know that it will be taken care of quickly to get back to business. Thank you Sharp for being a great company!
