SHARP has always been very professional and always available to help whenever we request assistance. The techs are always on point and explains everything clearly.
Daniel was very professional and his workmanship was direct and he completed his task. Our printer is running very well, no more extra added colors.
They never get the printer in my classroom to work. They blame our tech; the tech blames them; the real problem is the printer is at least 15 years old and will not work with modern print drivers. They won't replace it either. Now they simply refuse to honor my service calls. Never hire them.
