Service Tech Kim Day is the only reason why we love our Sharp machine. The machine itself is expensive and breaks down about twice per year. Each time it dies, Kim Day works her knowledge and magic to fix it. She also works hard to work within our limited business hours. If it weren’t for Kim, we would go with another machine. Kim’s service, knowledge and professionalism are what makes having the Sharp machine worth the cost.
