This Company is always right on top of taking care of issues that arise with our copier. They are also excellent in keeping us informed as to the status of the tech arrival. The issues are also always resolved with the one service call.
Above and beyond. He accommodated us in his schedule at the last minute and clarified the issues along with how to resolve them. We are extremely satisfied with Fernando.
I have had to call for service/maintenance about once a year on a device that is used 24/7 365 days a year. Each of those 3 phone calls in as many years has always been a same day or next day turnaround for a technician to come and resolve the issues we were facing.
