We have used Sharp Automotive and Service for the 10 years that we have lived in Watertown. We have always been pleased with the service. I am writing to give a shout out to three individuals associated with the service department. Alex, Stefan, and Val have always exceeded expectations. In the last month, two of the Watertown Shamrock hockey players that we host have had 'car troubles' at the most inconvenient times. I have been nothing but impressed with both Sales and Service at Sharp's. Our Salesman Tyler is extremely helpful with all of our questions.....and even after the sale he cares about how you are doing in your new vehicle. The Service department is TOP NOTCH...Alex and the service crew are fabulous...make you feel comfortable and will go the extra mile...especially dealing with warranty companies. Thank you Sharp's for the amazing customer service....I so appreciate it.
I had my GMC 2018 Sierra in for service (had a check engine light on and Tire pressure sensor out). The service department did the appropriate diagnostic for both issues and found leaky oil lines. Those issues were repaired to satisfaction. But after the GMC sat outside in the 4 coldest days this winter, they misdiagnosed a bad battery and wanted me to pay for a new battery.
