Brought a old battery back from replacing it with a new one. The gentleman at parts took my receipt upstairs. And came back with a check from the core charge. Easy Peezy.
Casey was great to work with. Told him the vehicle I was looking for and he listened and found it. He didn’t go for the quick deal but found the right deal.
I bought a 2019 ford expedition from Sharp and I’ve never had so much trouble with a vehicle. They’ve had it multiple times for various reasons including engine work back in November. I needed a new alternator just recently and found out that the service department at Sharp didn’t bolt down my engine and there were a bunch of loose bolts everywhere. I will never buy a vehicle here again or have the service department work on it. Awful service.
