SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
Drove my car here for recall work. Had to take it home on a trailer.
Buyers beware!!! Do NOT buy a car from this place. I bought a used car from them when I was living out of state and they assured me it was serviced, inspected, and cleaned. It was never ran through their service department (confirmed in a later phone call when I noticed there was not a new oil change sticker inside), was never inspected, and was absolutely disgusting inside. Casey was fabulous. He was prompt to respond to voicemails, emails or text. When he was out of the office. The manager was great to respond as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience at sharp automotive.
