I was in an accident in December. Sharp's tow company picked up my vehicle after a call from the police, who told us our vehicle went there. We called Sharp and they denied having the vehicle until it sat for 10 days earning 750 in storage fees while we had no clue where it was. My husband received a call from Sharp day 10 asking if our vehicle was the Kia Sedona he walks past every day at the tow lot........ya right. So my husband said yes and released the vehicle to Sharp. Terrible! Holding my vehicle for months with no progress.
I had some rain guards put on my windows and one of them broke. They repaired within a day and even brought my car back to me since I work from home and couldn't leave. Great service, highly recommended.
So many great things about Sharp Auto Body! Free pick up or drop off of your car! This makes it more than convenient for anyone with a busy schedule! The free loaner car is a great big plus too! The work is professionally and efficiently done!
