Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. They were quick to attend and diagnose the issue on a Thursday, however from that point onward the service was extremely poor. By Tuesday I still hadn’t received the invoice or quote I was waiting for, so I followed up via sms — no response. On Wednesday I called, stressing how urgent the job was and even offering to collect the part myself to avoid delivery delays. Recently had ducted reverse cycle air conditioning installed in my ~100 year old house and honestly couldn’t be happier. Quoting was quick and easy. It was a stinking hot day on the day of install, but the technicians didn’t complain at all. They’re a hard working and very pleasant bunch. The work is immaculate. We engaged Sharp Air-conditioning for our church's AC modification and they are very professional to deal with. Andrew and Jarrad made sure that the works will be delivered in a timely fashion.
