Arrived at 11:00 appointment to be told I had no appointment Spoke with Dr staff and was repeatedly told secretary was absent. Was advised to schedule new appointment, belatedly was informed that they would do overflow but had waited too long for overflow and the least they could do is stay until 3:00 opening or reschedule this happened Friday, March 15th. So unprofessional
