I visited Dr. Sharon Wasserstrom on 1/28/2025. She told me two vaccines should be paid by insurance, so I took two shots. But I received e-mail to ask me to pay the bill balance $87.84. My appointment was at 2pm. I waited in the exam room for 1 hour and 45 minutes until I saw Dr. Wasserstrom. When she finally came into the room she DID NOT apologize for her delay and when she examined me her hands smelled like onions. I know that sounds ridiculous, but she was obviously eating lunch while I was waiting. At 3:40pm I left the exam room to ask when the doctor would see me and the reply was “you’re next”. Experienced and highly recommended physician with horrible, unprofessional support staff and one sided communication. Seems to be managed by inexperienced students who don't care. Possible use of zip code profiling to discourage access.
I set up an appointment on march 2024 and the sooner available date was sep 26th. Today sep 20th I am calling because I havent receive confirmation of my appointment and the person said my appointment is cancelled the sooner they have is November. She was rude, not polite at all, no apologies and also offering inaccurate information. I understand the Dr may have a family emergency but there is a clear lack of communication. I don't recommend this company.
I've been in the examining room for over an hour and a half. No one is in the office. Girl in the front says this is normal.Still here waiting!!!
