My family love this clinic! My five year old lab is a Covid baby. Hence extremely anxious in any vet clinic. I used to have to drug him up for annual check ups. Starting last year, we came to see Dr. Clark and two years in the roll he was able to go through the exam processes without medication. My experience aligns with many other negative reviews: this clinic demonstrates a concerning mix of incompetence and a lack of transparency. I returned to this vet after many years. I left because of a vet technician who was rude and abrasive. She's no longer there. I always loved Diane Clark and she was very down to earth and is experienced, knowledgeable. Other vets gouged me, charged me for unnecessary procedures. I paid through the roof and had to take out loans for dental work. I'm glad I decided to return. Too many vets are becoming corporate and phony. 🩷❤️🧡💛🤎 Amazing clinic! My dog had her spay surgery here and everything went perfectly. From the love at the reception to the amazing team in the back, everyone truly cares. Dr. Dianne did an incredible job — they even cleaned and trimmed her nails before sending her home! You can truly feel their love and passion for what they do. We’re so grateful for their kindness and care. ❤️🐾
