Great work by all the staff
My family love this clinic! My five year old lab is a Covid baby. Hence extremely anxious in any vet clinic. I used to have to drug him up for annual check ups. Starting last year, we came to see Dr. Clark and two years in the roll he was able to go through the exam processes without medication. Dr. Clark is so caring that she called to inform the test results herself the next day. When I had a question about the medication, the response was very timely. My experience aligns with many other negative reviews: this clinic demonstrates a concerning mix of incompetence and a lack of transparency. I returned to this vet after many years. I left because of a vet technician who was rude and abrasive. She's no longer there. I always loved Diane Clark and she was very down to earth and is experienced, knowledgeable. Other vets gouged me, charged me for unnecessary procedures. I paid through the roof and had to take out loans for dental work. I'm glad I decided to return. Too many vets are becoming corporate and phony.
