My trash is overflowing because they havent picked it up since the 19th! And this isnt the first time that they have missed pickups. They maybe slightly cheaper than other companies but the service and dependablity isnt worth it. I'd rather pay more and know that they are coming every week..And no one picks up the phone. Called today and it just rangs then says that memory is full ...probably from all the complaints...disappointing
They haven’t picked up several times in a row!! Trash overflowing, as well as recycle. No one answers the phone. NEED TO CANCEL!!

This company is awful. Just flat out awful. We have been contacting for 3 weeks in a row about our recycling not being picked up (we now have 12 bins full!) and they keep assuring us it will be handled - next week. When we called to ask what was going on now, they told us that they only provide recycling as a courtesy - when my husband explained that we were paying for recycling and that our bins kept mysteriously going missing each week - they hung up on him.
