Very bad customer service at the front desk, I had an appointment waited for 2 months and I arrived earlier 15 minutes. when they called my name they asked for a credit card to put it in my file!! I told them I don't have one and you can send me the bill if anything. I was referred to Doctor Smith-Thomas because my Doctor found a "MASS" in my abdomen. Once it was ruled out to be a Ginormous Fibroid, Dr Smith-Thomas quickly began to give me options as to how to treat or resolve my issue. I decided on a hysterectomy, because they grow back....she made sure i was 100% sure with my decision being that I have no kids and still in child bearing years. Dr. Smith-Thomas is amazing. My sister, my mom and I all have been patients of hers for over 10 years. We follow her wherever she goes. She genuinely cares about us and going through my first pregnancy now I feel at ease because I know I am in great hands.
