Very bad customer service at the front desk, I had an appointment waited for 2 months and I arrived earlier 15 minutes. when they called my name they asked for a credit card to put it in my file!! I told them I don't have one and you can send me the bill if anything. I was referred to Doctor Smith-Thomas because my Doctor found a "MASS" in my abdomen. Once it was ruled out to be a Ginormous Fibroid, Dr Smith-Thomas quickly began to give me options as to how to treat or resolve my issue.
