I recently received a Sound Healing training with Sharon and absolutely loved it. Sharon is a wonderful, knowledgeable teacher — clear and very grounded in the way she teaches. Her step-by-step instruction made everything easy to follow and apply. Sharon was absolutely amazing. We hosted a retreat in Sedona for about 20 people. To add to the vibe of the town, we thought it would be great to do two morning meditations/sound baths. It was a great way to start the morning before taking on all the activities that Sedona has to offer. She is an instructor with many talents as she added native flutes and other instruments to our experience. Thank you Sharon!
What a cool experience! We loved the private sound bath Sharon offers. We felt so much lighter and freer after the session. I highly recommend Sharon and her healing sound baths! In fact, my Oura ring told me that I had way more "restorative time" after my session which translates to deeper, better sleep!
Sharon’s Sound Bath was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Her reverence for the ceremony was so special to witness and her knowledge was shared so openly. Her music and sound instruments are so moving and it allows you to sink in and lose yourself while you’re enjoying the beauty and serenity of Sedona. I would always make this part of my trip there.
