My personal experience was not as stellar as some of these other reviews. I saw this nurse practitioner only once, in 2022. Prior to and during my visit for this letter for clearance for surgery - I was led to believe that the clearance letter was routine and the paperwork would be provided well before the deadline which was in just a few days.
