Very professional and straight forward.
My Mom had an appointment in which I attended due to the heath concerns of our mother. I was offended at the manner in which the doctor spoke to my Mom and myself. We were told to “turn your phones off” as the sign state. At one point, I was told to pay attention (as if I was not). I advised I was an educator and was taking notes on the conversation. The bedside manner was missing! When you are advising a family that our mother has “heart failure” the delivery is as important as the information being provided.
