I have been going to Dr. Mitchell for over twenty years. I think she is a wonderful doctor. Dr. Mitchell takes her time with me even when they (Cape Fear Valley only allows a doctor 15 minutes per person. She take her time with me and listen.
Dr. Mitchell was overall friendly, but she was inattentive and rushed the appointment. She didn't seem to care to fully understand what my issue was, just wanted to get me out of there. When I got home I checked the appointment records on MyChart and in the notes there were multiple mistakes and just inaccurate information about my health history. I was a relatively new patient to Dr. Mitchell. My first appointment went well; Dr. Mitchell was friendly and attentive. I was excited to have established care with a new physician after moving to the Fayetteville area. Upon leaving my first appointment, I scheduled another appointment for a full physical with the front office staff. I confirmed this second appointment several days prior.
