Dr Ryan is just amazing She is always very thorough, but I had a situation where I needed blood work done for a routine visit with my cardiologist. My liver enzymes were slightly elevated. I called Dr Ryan and she saw me the next day. She said while my numbers were not concerning, she would be cautious and do an abdominal ultrasound. I always have a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and Doctor Ryan provides excellent care for her Patients. Dr Ryan is great at explaining your health records and informs you of any test you need to take. I have been a 2005.
Website states Dr. Ryan accepts new patients. She does not. Waste of my time when researching for a new primary physician. I hope patients medical information is updated more efficiently.
I called for an appointment for a wellness visit. Not once was I told I would be charged $724.00 for this visit. After being a patient for over 10 years, I was labeled a new patient, since it was 3+ years from my last visit. Medicare refused to pay.
They were not helpful and were impatient with my elderly neighbor who is a patient there and called with a question. I overheard the phone call and was not impressed.
