Website states Dr. Ryan accepts new patients. She does not. Waste of my time when researching for a new primary physician. I hope patients medical information is updated more efficiently.
I called for an appointment for a wellness visit. Not once was I told I would be charged $724.00 for this visit. After being a patient for over 10 years, I was labeled a new patient, since it was 3+ years from my last visit. Medicare refused to pay.
They were not helpful and were impatient with my elderly neighbor who is a patient there and called with a question. I overheard the phone call and was not impressed.
The dr is great but when you call the receptionist is rude and unprofessional
Please fire the front receptionist when you call this office and press zero to make appointment. She is constantly hanging on me and putting me on hold on purpose. I could never get through. Very unprofessional. Incompetent rude women she is
