Buckle in, this may get long! I can appreciate you are understaffed, as everyone is right now. The Xray broken sign has been there for at least a week. Then you have a sign inside stating that you will not any patient who has any sort of cough, sniffle, ache or pain because "Dr. Williams husband is immunocompromised". Ok. I can completely sympathize with that, as I have Crohn's Disease and I too am immunocompromised. I brought my daughter in today because she has either a sinus infection or bronchitis. I have been getting blood work done at this location for years. I want to commend Cathy who did my intake today! Very personable staff and professional every time. However, Cathy more than exceeded expectations because she was thoughtful and caring enough to give me juice and cookies to break my necessary fasting! Never anywhere before have I been so touched by such thoughtfulness!!!
If 0 was an option , I would chose that 5 + hours in the wait room because you’re a walk-in is a crazy amount for time to wait. And the only appointment open was in September. If I could have waited till then I would have.
