About 9 months ago I transferred to this practice. I am very pleased with my decision. The entire staff has been more than welcoming. Gerri is always so sweet, Dr. Natarajan has been by far the best physician I have ever seen with caring and compassion and allowing myself the chance to make my own decisions in my care. Most recently a nurse I'd never seen before was my nurse. She made me feel at ease, was caring, and smiled throughout my visit. This helped ease my anxiety tremendously. I highly recommend this practice.
Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time. He’s extremely judgmental. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve been there; he’ll still ask you questions like it’s your first visit. No empathy, no respect, no compassion or care whatsoever. Whatever your situation, it’s your fault, according to Dr. Ahmed. Terrible doctor and person.
Dr schneider is the best psychiatrist for sure. He really takes the time to listen and understand his patients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help.
I have gotten great care from the psychiatrists/counselors, but the nurses and other staff seem to have zero care for those that are trying to get treatment. Particularly Jerry, from the front desk, as she hung up on me and talked over me when I was asking her the date for my next appointment as I couldn't quite catch it. Overall, the only good thing is the actual care providers.
