Very disappointed with my experience here, especially with Dr. Hanna. My first initial meet and greet was great, but since then has gone downhill. From 40 minute wait times, Providing the wrong paperwork for ultrasound and bloodwork, booking me in for specific Medical services and then not being able to perform it upon arrival, Referring me to an OB In Newmarket when she was well aware I am delivering in Markham. I want to give a huge shout-out to Sharmeen at the front desk for her exceptional help in sorting out my prescription. Her interactions with patients are outstanding.
