Can we actually serve patients on time and when they have their appointments please. Some people don’t have the time to be waiting 30+ minutes for an appointment that should have already been over with. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed with my experience here, especially with Dr. Hanna. My first initial meet and greet was great, but since then has gone downhill. From 40 minute wait times, Providing the wrong paperwork for ultrasound and bloodwork, booking me in for specific Medical services and then not being able to perform it upon arrival, Referring me to an OB In Newmarket when she was well aware I am delivering in Markham.
