Dr. Margulies was my gynecologist for about 10 years. Until I reached the menopausal period everything was ok. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
