On feb23,2026 I had two procedures done via physician east.  I’d requested three times to know what the procedure would cost, from the day I set the date to the day of and each time I was told someone will get with you shortly. I took my dad (who is 96) in last Monday 9/23 to see Dr Shirley Patel. Office visit was great. Had X-rays and lab work. Was supposed to call in 3 prescription and make referral for hospice care. It has been 8 days we have not heard anything and nothing’s been done. I called on Friday morning 9/27 waited all day for someone to call back no one ever called. I have on hold twice this morning 9/30 no one will answer the phone. Last on hold twice for longer than 15 minutes. This is past poor care.
