I dont get the bad reviews. Dr. Rice is no nonsense, professional and easy going. Why do people need to be entertained when going to a doctor? If you get good care and your questions are answered, what else is there? She was quick and cut to the chase, but was patient and kind when I asked questions. I prefer the no BS approach. Made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.

I have seen Dr. Rice a couple times. My first time was when I was pregnant with my first child in 2020 during the pandemic. My visit with her, like many others, was quick, no information given, and very stand offish. As someone who works in healthcare, I just told myself it was the pandemic that had everyone at arms length. I simply went on to educate myself during this time since again it was my very first pregnancy. Horrible. Nasty, rude staff. They have the balls to tell you that they reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you’re 15 minutes late, yet I have been waiting 25 minutes to see the doctor. So rude. I asked when I arrived if she was on time and of course they say yes. What a joke: Read the reviews. Not the most favorable. I can see why. This practice needs a major overhaul or needs to close down. They don’t care about the patients.

Showed no care or empathy during my visit/procedure. Did not tell me what she was doing during the procedure and completely showed unpreparedness by making her assistants go out of the room in the middle of the procedure to get more appropriate tools. Left me a brief voicemail about my results and when I called back she sounded annoyed and made me feel like I was bothering her and couldn’t wait to be off the phone. Avoid her unless you want unprofessional treatment.
