Went for consultation last Friday. Was not feeling comfortable with the office. Appointment was quick with a scheduled test for more than a month out. Had an issue and they did accommodate me to get me in yesterday (the following Tuesday)I arrived @12:50 for a 1pm appointment. There was only one other person in the waiting room. When I first met her I liked her, she diagnosed me with IC which I knew u had prior , in 2014 it flared, she never offered any forms treatment or other test see if more going on, I never grabbed more medicine, other diagnosis test it was waste of time, recently went in after uti and endometriosis surgeries she screamed at me was super rude, her office staff is very nice, apologized, I say the Dr office itself is fairly good outside her, Dr Chang is great. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Li. From the start of the appointment, she was dismissive and unprofessional. My mom came (85yo) in with genuine concerns about my health, but she barely gave her a chance to explain her symptoms. Instead of listening, she interrupted my mom and said I'll give you a prescription. This took all of 10 mins from the time we walked into the examining room.
