She spent a lot of time with me on my Wellness Exam. I think she definitely care about her patients
If I could give less than a star I would. Been waiting on test results for over a week that I was told would be ready in a day. Every time I call in to ask about them I'm told the doctor and nurse left early for the day. You'd think they would return some calls before they decided to dip early. On top of waiting 30 minutes OR LONGER to be seen when I do happen to get lucky and Sharon is actually there I'm very disappointed in the patient care here. Will be looking for a new office immediately!!

This place wouldn’t let us pay our co pay at the counter. They expect you to pay by mail or phone. We’ve paid the same co pay three times, and havnt been back to this office in 5 years yet we still receive the same bill for that 20 dollar co pay we already paid. We’ve had debt collectors call us, we explain the situation and they apologize and hang up. I’m writing this because I received yet another bill in the mail, when I havnt been there in 5 years and I paid that bill. Weve even had letters saying charity paid it for us…... read more
