I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jones office this morning. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time without being seen and ultimately had to leave because I needed to get to work. There was absolutely no communication from the staff about whether she was running late or with another patient. This showed extreme disregard not only for my time but also for my healthcare. Not thorough at all. Will recommend medication rather than give alternatives. Take days to get refills, doesn’t communicate with pharmacy in a timely manor. I did ALL the work / communication with pharmacy. The sad part is her stale demeanor. I tried, but it just didn’t work. Not up to date at all. No website, email communication, only phone. The portal is SO outdated until I just gave up. If you want a doctor who without a doubt cares and make you feel important this is not the one.
She is a caring doctor who actually listens to her patients. She explains all the results of tests that I have to get in terms that I can understand. She has been my doctor for many years now and, unlike other doctors I have had, I feel very confident in her.
Inexperience MD doctor! I do not trust her with my life! I do not recommend!
