Not thorough at all. Will recommend medication rather than give alternatives. Take days to get refills, doesn’t communicate with pharmacy in a timely manor. I did ALL the work / communication with pharmacy. The sad part is her stale demeanor. I tried, but it just didn’t work. Not up to date at all. No website, email communication, only phone. The portal is SO outdated until I just gave up. If you want a doctor who without a doubt cares and make you feel important this is not the one.
She is a caring doctor who actually listens to her patients. She explains all the results of tests that I have to get in terms that I can understand. She has been my doctor for many years now and, unlike other doctors I have had, I feel very confident in her.
Inexperience MD doctor! I do not trust her with my life! I do not recommend!
Dr. Jones is very detailed and I have her to thank for identifying my prostate cancer while it was still treatable and I’m doing great!
