I'm giving Sharon Gaffney 5 stars. I went to see Sharon after I had tried for a long time to lose weight, and after being pushed by my primary doctor. Among many other things we discussed were my eating habits and healthy alternatives. After a first visit with Sharon I made some changes in my approach and within 3 weeks I lost almost 10 lbs.
