Newlyweds combining our policies, sorting out what we are going to do going forward, cars-home-umbrella. Katie and Elizabeth were very patient, deliberate, thorough, and helped us to the finish line. When I needed documentation to cancel and backdate the previous policies, Katie knocked that out also... late on a Friday afternoon. That is Insurance Empress performance!
