This lady was playing both ends against the middle. She was the listing agent on the house that we so desperately wanted but she was also"looking out for us as the buyer". We never signed any paperwork on the house that we wanted and she would always come up with an excuse when we look at other properties. We had sign a Buyers/Broker agreement on a house we had been interested in previously, but when the seller back out, Ms. Ford told us not to worry about that property or contract, because the contract had expired.
