Do not rent from her! She will Not give you back your deposit no matter how clean you leave the place! She charged me and ex fiancee $1,000 deposit for a little two bedroom apartment. Then after background check came back she charged us another $500. That's $1500 for a tiny two bedroom. She discriminates and is money hungry! It's sad actually, especially when you're trying to get out and do the right thing.
