Warning!!! Unmotivated Relator with questionable ethics I solicited the services of Sharon Nowlin to facilitate the sale of my home in Rio Rancho. I was under the impression that I was going to have a realtor that was present and motivated to complete the task, I was sadly mistaken. Sharron came to my home and took pictures, listed it on the MLS, and put a nice white and green stick in my yard and then left.
