Slowest waiting experience I have ever had for this doctor. She is very friendly but it is shameful to have to wait every time I visited her office. Over 1 hours waiting to see her for my appointment. I had to leave immediately, because of other obligations. By the way I had an app to see her at 10:50am and it was going on 12pm. This has had happened every time. I left telling the receptionist I must leave and don't reschedule please. Well she lost a patient.
My 1st visit, Office Staff very proficient and friendly. The Patient Intake Nurse was very thorough and had a very pleasant attitude. Dr.. S. Patricia Dilley spent so much time with me and was so helpful working to resolve my healthcare issues. In my opinion her level of commitment is outstanding and I found myself completely confident in her medical capabilities!
