Sharon provides a wonderfully warm and caring environment in her very unique and well equipped studio. Her classes offer excellent diverse flows for all levels. She has a deep understanding of Wellness. Sharon genuinely cares about her students and the World we live in. A-Plus Yogi and Trainer!
Sharon has been my yoga instructor for about 20 years and I have also done personal training with her. She has a wealth of knowledge in both areas and is a kind and lovely human!! I love Sharon’s classes and her good vibe!! The studio is nicely zen and has all the tools necessary for yoga and workouts. I ❤️ Sharon!! I also love the class participants. It’s a great spot!! Never miss my yoga class! ❤️
Sharon Denton is the real deal. She offers her clients an extensive background in not only Yoga but all things related to health and wellness. She is a true healer and a spiritual being who can give you an excellent workout and overall yoga instruction. If you can, schedule a private it will change your life!
I was so impressed with the semi-private class I took with Sharon. We did a surprising number of postures during just one hour. But each pose felt carefully set up, unrushed and complete. The class was geared towards our current practices and injuries. She skillfully supported us with physical adjustments (an underrated talent) based on deep anatomical knowledge. I've taken many yoga classes all around the world and I wholeheartedly recommend studying with Sharon.
