Here for my son's appointment for 10 am. We arrived at 952 am and my son was called in at 1038 am. When we arrived and checked in with the person at the desk, she replied back with "it will be a few minutes". Is a few minutes 45 + minutes? During the wait (after about 20 + minutes) got up and went to the desk and stated "just don't want to be forgotten". The person at the desk said "it will be a few more minutes". I was told they took my insurance when I came in, after two visits I got a call saying I owed over $800 and that they made a mistake and didn’t take my insurance. I was able to get the price reduced. But it cost 2 weeks of my salary. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone based on this. Be very careful with insurance coverage.
Great experiences with both routine fillings and a new crown. Everyone on staff is very thorough and friendly.
In the past I have endured so many bad experiences with many dentist . So when I can finally say , I’m not having an anxiety attack walking into he’s officer to me that means a lot . 🦷 Everyone in that office makes you feel welcomed and not judged. I have been a patient for 2 years and many more to come .
