Dr. Hampton is a fantastic doc and I would recommend her to anyone. She makes the effort to know her patients well, and provides thoughtful and caring guidance through complicated health situations. Yes, sometimes the wait time for appointments is long - which tells you that she’s a good doctor - but that falls more on Ascension/ St Thomas than her as they still haven’t hired a NP/ PA to back her up. That said, she’s a super PCP and worth the wait!
I truly appreciate Dr. Hampton , she is an amazing and caring Dr! She takes her time and listens and doesn't rush and explains so well . I definitely recommend her to anyone,, she maybe young but she knows her profession very well, let me tell you !!!!!
If I could give zero I would. This is the worst PCP I've ever seen in my life. Leaves prescriptions for medical supplies for days on end refuses to send them back unless made to do so and won't do any single bit of her job without being ridiculously rude. The whole office is usually rude. Wouldn't recommend ascension to my worst enemy.
Do not make this place your primary!!!! My appoint for being a patient already was a 5 month wait. I had er follow up I needed 1 to 5 days for a headache I’ve had 10 days now and I have to wait over a month for that follow up!!!! Good god if it’s something bad I’ll be dead by then!!!!!! Being a patient here for over a year and having to wait this long is the most rediculous thing EVER!!!!!! Definitely the best Doctor I have had in many many years. The environment is always clean and the staff is friendly and dr Hampton is a true professional who cares about her patients
