Bought a part here, they gave me the wrong part, then refused it exchange it for the right one because I opened the bag. How was I supposed to see if it fit while still inside the bag? This was a simple brake lever, not an electrical or fuel system part. I could have understood not returning that. I guess they don't mind alienating a potential lifetime customer over a 15 dollar part. This is why local businesses are losing so much business to the Internet. I don't comment much on here, but I think anyone who might do business with Sharon Cycle in Sharon, Pa. should be aware of my experience there. Monday I went there, told the person behind the counter what I needed, and paid cash for a part I need for my Honda Silver Wing. Wednesday afternoon I tried to install it, but it was the wrong part. When I tried to return the part Sharon Cycle refused to allow me to exchange it because I had opened the bag the part came in.
