Fast friendly service
Since the merger, the staff is not personable AT ALL with exception of two loan officers. 2024, I have had 5 phone calls trying to resolve a credit card issue - requested acct be closed & new acct # issued on May 20th & twice received new cards with acct # I asked to be cancelled! I will permanently close credit card & take my business elsewhere.
I couldn't leave zero stars to get to this point, otherwise I would have. They approved the financing for a vehicle I purchased only to backtrack 3 weeks later and start asking for bank statements and tax returns. I showed them my bank statements showing I made plenty of income to cover my payments and they still made me try to jump through hoops. Stay away from Sharon and Crescent Credit Union. Worst experience ever and embarrassing
