“Privately owned” doesn’t always equate to quality banking. If you are slow and steady or a geriatric, then this echelon bank is right for you. Otherwise, all the 2 day check clearings, limited access to an ATM and bipolar customer service is not worth the hassle.

Fast friendly service
Since the merger, the staff is not personable AT ALL with exception of two loan officers. 2024, I have had 5 phone calls trying to resolve a credit card issue - requested acct be closed & new acct # issued on May 20th & twice received new cards with acct # I asked to be cancelled! I will permanently close credit card & take my business elsewhere.
